As Accelerize 360’s Human Resources Leader, - India, you will play an integral part in the proactive growth of our organization and helping it to be a place where people love to work. You will manage both human resources and administrative tasks, overseeing administrative operations for our team members.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian labor laws & employee culture, will be comfortable developing recruiting and performance management strategies, has a track record of negotiating employee benefits and will enjoy constantly striving to make our company an employer of choice.
Core areas of your role will focus on compliance, compensation management, policies and procedures and managing the recruiting, onboarding and offboarding of our team.

Job Responsibilities
Support, review and optimize the entire employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, performance management and offboarding. This includes all aspects of HR processes, standards, compliance, compensation , recruiting and record management for our India based resources.
Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute strategies to recruit and hire top talent from universities as well as laterally
- Build networks to find qualified candidates and talented university candidate
- Manage end to end recruitment process for all offshore job requisitions and applicants
Compensation Management
- Plan, process and oversee payroll cycles making sure data is accurate and submitted on time, software is working properly and all payments are compliant and executed by cut off date
- Manage compensation program including compensation market analysis, salary adjustments, salary bands by roles & tiers,
- Manage & monitor the bonus program for India based resources
Policies and Record Keeping
- Tailor Human Resources standard policies and processes for India and execute them at scale
- Accountable to ensure Employee HR records are accurately created and / or maintained in HR Systems (SAP, SF, etc.)
- Conduct periodic audits of employee information, compliance to labor laws and regulations, and benefits
- Able to work in a highly data sensitive environment, responsible for always protecting Data Privacy and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies
- Ensure compliance with India labor laws & employer regulations
Employee Satisfaction & Engagement
- Respond & resolve queries in a timely & accurate manner with employee experience at the core
- Foster a hyper-collaborative and creative work environment for our team in India
- Coordinate & drive various employee engagement initiative
- Initiate and support quarterly Employee Satisfaction (ESAT) Surveys for our offshore team
- Identify actions & engagement initiatives to continuously improve our ESAT
- Monitor and address voluntary attrition within our India team
- Support managers in facilitating formal and informal performance feedback sessions and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
Requirements:
- You have at least 5 years of human resources/people operations experience
- 5+ years of HRIS experience
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Strongly Preferred
- SHRM-CP certification or equivalent
Shift Timings -3PM IST to 12AM IST
