The A360 Junior Finance Analyst role is a key position to help enable smooth functioning of daily financial operations that include performing accounting tasks, running payroll, creating financial reports etc. The finance analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Finance, PMO, People Ops, and more to help manage the organizational budget expense plans. They will share responsibility for assignee headcount and expense projections, model and report corporate allocation cross charges and coordinate and maintain updates within finance systems to ensure accurate reporting and approval flows. Additionally they will support the Finance Manager and will work to enhance and maintain process documentation for internal team and stakeholder use.

Shift Timings -3PM IST to 12AM IST

Primary Responsibilities

• Assisting the Finance Manager in running payroll
• Invoicing customers via Quickbooks
• Aiding calculation of bonus payouts for our team members based on quantifiable performance metrics and KPIs
• Calculating monthly commissions
• Expense management
• Assisting the finance manager with sales operations tasks including but not limited to providing customers with requested financial information
• Providing financial analysis as requested
• Collaborating with leadership and other departments on key initiatives
• Other job duties as necessary for the position

Required Qualifications

• It is mandatory to have a B.Com/BBA degree
• Preference will be given to CAs/ MBA in Finance degree holders
• Minimum professional work experience of 2+ years
• 2+ years experience in the technology professional services/ consulting space
• Quickbooks advanced knowledge with 2+ Years of experience in Quickbooks
• Excellent Analytical skills and eye for detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse and global team
