Primary Responsibilities

·      Expertly leverage Salesforce.com declarativefeatures & custom development to provide functionality as assigned in Jirabuild tasks and outlined in the related User Story

·      Create scalable data models by customizingobjects and fields and generate reports and dashboards

·      Utilize System Architecture designs and workflowdesigns to develop integrations to and from Salesforce using REST, SOAP or ETL

·      Develop aesthetic and usable interfaces on theSalesforce Platform, Salesforce Communities, Site.com and Salesforce1 usingLightning App Builder or developing custom Lightning Web Components

·      Build back-end automations and triggers on theSalesforce Platform using Flows or Apex following best practices and codingstandards

·      Write SQL/SOQL/SOSL and JSON queries tomanipulate data

·      Conduct unit testing to ensure the functionalityworks as expected

·      Collaborate with the SA and/or Technical lead todevelop rapid prototypes / proof of concepts to be leveraged as visuals duringdiscovery & design phase

Qualities of Ideal Candidate

·      Understanding of all phases of the applicationdevelopment life cycle and understand SDLC/ Waterfall and Agile concepts theSDLC

·      Practical and applied knowledge of softwaredevelopment best practices such as requirement tracking/documentation and codereviews

·      Work experience with a professional consultingorganization a plus, including exposure to business analysis and related tasks

·      Familiarity with cloud based, enterprise levelpackaged applications

·      Advanced Salesforce.com Certifications

Required Qualifications

·      Certified Salesforce Administrator, PlatformDeveloper 2 or equivalent certifications

·      At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Appbuilding and development

·      At least 1 year of experience in Web ServicesSOAP/REST APIs

·      Strong and updated knowledge of Salesforce.comout of the box declarative functionality

·      Strong experience in Apex programming,Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC)

·      Exposure to a broad range of Salesforce usecases that require configuration and AppExchange integration

·      Solid understanding of Salesforce GovernanceLimits

·      Experience in standard release managementplatforms such as Git, Jenkins, Bit Bucket, etc.

·      Experience with Salesforce integration toolssuch as MuleSoft, Jitterbit or Boomi is a nice to have

·      Strong analytical thinking with demonstratedability to build algorithm

·      Familiarity with data migration via tools likeData Loader or other ETL tools.

·      Familiarity with OmniStudio is desirable
