This growing MGA has been heavily investing in tech for the last few years. The Orchid team found A360 to help them revamp their digital ecosystem.
Originally, the goal was to empower distribution managers – distribution covers both sales & agency services – to use Salesforce as a true CRM. Orchid’s former system didn’t have a comprehensive way of tracking notes and deal activity or setting and defining goals. Data was siloed, which means executives often found it difficult to analyze trends.
